NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000214-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ALEX D. MOLL A/K/A ALEX DAMIAN MOLL, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 35, High Point Tract RG, According to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 135, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
