NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-010403-o, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and KENNETH FORDE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH FORDE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WEKIVA SPRINGS RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, WEKIVA SPRINGS RESERVE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 20 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
