condominium unit 1-76, of cypress creek golf townhomes, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 3788, at page 1580, public records of orange county, florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant to said unit as set forth in the declaration of condominium.
and commonly known as: 4813 walden circle, orlando, fl 32811; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on July 23, 2012 at 11 A.M.
