Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 26, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-016847-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITI PROPERTY HOLDINGS INC. is the Plaintiff, and Vecheamony Lim, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Unit F-53, Villa Marquis, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3009, Page 1376, Together with a Survey and Plot Plan recorded in Condominium Exhibit Book 4, Pages 95 and 96, and all its attachments and amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of June, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
