Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-003717-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER COLLADO, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 95 of COLONY CLUB VILLAGE, “A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT” PARTIAL REPLAT of SALISBURY according to the plat thereof as recording in Plat Book 12 at Pages 148 and 149 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 4th day of June, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
