Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 26, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-003672-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FXD2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FXD2 is the Plaintiff, and PETER ANTONE MIGUEL, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 136, AMBER RIDGE, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 88, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of June, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
