NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 22, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated February 13, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-006302-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF15 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF15, is Plaintiff, and ANDRES RIVERA; WANDA JORGE; HEATHER GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants.
LYDIA GARDNER, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 24th day of May, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 163, HEATHER GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 134 THROUGH 139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
