NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-8582-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PELICAN BAY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM, BUILDING B, INC. is Plaintiff, and JAMES S. CUNNINGHAM; DEBORAH S. CUNNINGHAM; HAIG'S SERVICE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A CAROLINE WILSON are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 101, Building B, PELICAN BAY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 5505, Page 1080, as amended from time to time, and according to Condominium Plat Recorded in Condominium Plat Book 67, Pages 121 through 132 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 5940 Pelican Bay Plaza S., #101 Gulfport, FL, 33707.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
