NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered April 24, 2012, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Groton House Unit 309, from the Condominium Plat of TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 204, A CONDOMINIUM, according to Condominium Plat Book 6, Pages 93 and 94, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed November 23, 1970 in O.R. Book 3434, Page 182, and amendment to Declaration filed July 6, 1973 in O.R. Book 4050, Page 1386, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided 2.0% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of May, 2012.
