NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered on March 27, 2012, by the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 11-003533-CI-13, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on June 13, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the property described on Exhibit “A” hereto as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment as to Count I.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
