NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated April 25, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-001591 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1, Plaintiff and Anton O. Talley are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on May 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK “C”, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 43 AND 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
