NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment After Default dated May 3, 2012, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 84, “G” Southeast Wing, Building B-26, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWENTY, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3731, page 681, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Page 8, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on the 5th day of June, 2012 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
