NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09008822CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's Public Auction website, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 4, PINELLAS POINT ADDITION SECTION B OF MOUND SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 74, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
