NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-012257-CI-7, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BLUE WATER BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DONALD E. KEITH and LILA M. KEITH are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 12, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following
property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 4, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of BLUE WATER BAY, A Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5479, Pages 1475 through 1517, inclusive, as amended in O.R. Book 5997, Pages 1583 through 1586, inclusive and refiled in O.R. Book 6008, Pages 1298 through 1301, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 76, Pages 7 and 8, inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 84, Pages 54 and 55, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida..
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
