NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-022009CICI-13, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and HARRY E. BOLLINGER; FIVE TOWNS OF SAINT PETERSBURG, NO. 303, INC., A CONDOMINIUM; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT B202, THE CORNELL BUILDING AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG, NO. 303 INC., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK15, PAGES 22 THROUGH 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED AUGUST 21, 1973 IN OFFICE RECORDS BOOK 4068, PAGES 1766 THROUGH 1830, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
