And on the 31st day of May, 2012, at 10769 First Street NE, Lot 204, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon aster as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord.
