CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2-D, BUILDING NO. 2, OF COVE CAY VILLAGE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 56 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 108 THROUGH 113, INCLUSIVE, AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4993, PAGES 1579 THROUGH 1646, INCLUSIVE AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5019, PAGE 1653, AND IN O.R. BOOK 5042, PAGES 1261 THROUGH 1267, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTAINING THERETO.
