NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order for Writ of Possession dated April 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-000687-CO, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein STRATHMORE GATES EAST AT LAKE ST. GEORGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and DONNA PRATT is the Defendant. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 25th day of May, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 44, STRATHMORE GATE-EAST-UNIT THREE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 86, Pages 99- through 100, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
