NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Summary Foreclosure Judgment on Count VI of Verified Complaint” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on May 29, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.:

The West 300 feet of Farm 62 in Section 18, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, according to the plat of Pinellas Farms, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 4 and 5, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, Less and Except those parcels as set forth and described in Official Records Book 3818, Page 200 conveyed to Pinellas County and in Official Records Book 4520, Page 235, conveyed to the City of Pinellas Park, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
