NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-005124 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., Plaintiff and David P. Pezone and Catherine B. Pezone, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 142, AUTUMN RUN, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 42-44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
