NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 25, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-013435-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and MARCO VILLARI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCO VILLARI N/K/A LINDSAY VILLARY; CASABLANCA TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A TIMOTHY TOON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A DANIEL BLAIR AKA DEMIAN K.
