RUNNELLS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY E. RUNNELLS N/K/A KENT RUNNELLS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; RW KIRKLAND, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION; THE BEACON ON 3RD STREET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on June 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
