PARCEL III: TOGETHER WITH RIGHTS OF INGRESS AND EGRESS AND PARKING AS SET FORTH IN THE AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FROM TOWNHOMES OF COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM DATED JULY 14, 1987, AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6641, PAGE 438, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
With the following street address: 3590 Whispering Oaks Boulevard, Unit 305, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 11, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
