YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LOS PRADOS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 622, Phase 6, as shown on Condominium Plat of LOS PRADOS, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 75, Pages 76 through 84, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed April 11, 1984, in Official Records Book 5737, Pages 203 through 244, together with such additional and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 218 Los Prados Drive, Safety Harbor, Florida, 34695.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 11, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
