NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-000509-CO-042 , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FRANKLIN SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JAMES M. BRESCIA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 1, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 303, FRANKLIN SQUARE - PHASE II, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 31, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
