NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08012928 CI 019, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is Plaintiff and ROSLYN AUSTIN; JOHN G. AUSTIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSLYN AUSTIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, GRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 42 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
