NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-008958-CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and JOHN F. WALSH; ADELE C. WALSH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC; WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM X ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 90-A, OF PHASE II, WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM X, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 77 THROUGH 82, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4819, PAGE 913, AS AMENDED, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
