NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-022015, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and ERIC M. ONDREY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC M.ONDREY IF ANY; LYNN ONDREY A/K/A LYNN RENEE ONDREY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNN A/K/A LYNN RENEE ONDREY IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; HILLCREST MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 142, HILLCREST MANOR FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE(S) 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
