NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006614 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and WARD A. HARRIS; ROBYN R. HARRIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MONTEREY AT LAKE SEMINOLE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2407, PHASE 2, MONTEREY AT LAKE SEMINOLE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15068, PAGE 1536, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15487, PAGE 201; TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
