NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-013862-13, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and JULIUS M ANDERSON; JACQUELYN ANDERSON; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, CHURCHILL GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
