NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-022491-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND is Plaintiff and SCOTT A. WESTBAY; KELLIE S. WESTBAY; ANTHONY N. AMICO, JR.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; JOHN DOE N/K/A CLAUDE MUNGIN, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 6, EAGLE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IIN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
