YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, INC, herein in the following described property:
Unit 410, Building J, from the Condominium Plat of TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, PHASE III, according to Condominium Plat Book 72, Pages 51 through 54, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium, filed June 30, 1982, in Book 5368, Page 1175, as Clerk's Instrument No. 82097406, and amended to add Phase III in Book 5645, Page 39, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto as the same may be amended from time to time. With the following street address: 3505 Tarpon Woods Boulevard, Unit J-410, Palm Harbor, FL 34685.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 11, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
