NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-003299 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Zdravko Kolundzic and Dragana Kolundzic, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 3204, BUILDING 3, CHATEAUX VERSAILLES FORE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 86, PAGES 70 THROUGH 73, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN O.R. BOOK 6055, PAGE 776; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
