NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2012, and entered in 52-2009-CA-019426 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CAROL MURRAY; JAMES MURRAY; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CAROL A. MURRAY A/K/A CAROL MURRAY A/K/A CAROL A. MOORE DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL MURRAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES A. MURRAY JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, IN BLOCK P OF GULFVIEW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 31 THROUGH 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
