NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 07-05484, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S.BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES, 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and GREGORY LEE; JULIE LEE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 29th day of May, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, FARMINGTON WOODS, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 43 AND 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
