NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
That certain condominium parcel described as Unit 106G, Building 11, IMPERIAL EMBASSY CONDOMINIUM IV, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium of IMPERIAL EMBASSY CONDOMINIUM IV, as recorded in O.R. Book 673, Pages 669, and amendments thereto, an amended in O.R. Book 936, page 301, and O.R. Book 1788, page 254, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 5335 Embassy Avenue, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 30, 2012.
