DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE ARCH BAY ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2010-2, is Plaintiff and CATHY A. PELLICCIO; PAUL P. PELLICCIO; DAWN FOOD PRODUCTS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RACHEL PARSONS, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1562, ALOHA GARDENS, UNIT 12, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 81-83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
