NOTICE is given pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 25, 2012 entered in Case No. 2009 CA 11472 WS, of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MICHELLE JOSOWITZ; LOUIS J MENDELL, III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUIS J MENDELL, III; GERALD R. SAGE, P.A.; LTI VEHICLE FINANCE CORP.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (n/k/a Donna Carver) are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pasco County, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 35, SEA PINES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
