NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, and entered in 51-2008-CA-003200-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT2 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY LORENZO; MARIA LORENZO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY LORENZO; LAKE TALIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 9, LAKE TALIA, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
