NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered April 30, 2012 in Case No. 2008-CA-019155 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and, JERRY KATZ, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash at 800 E. Twiggs St., Florida, at the hour of 2pm, on the 6 day of June, 2012, the following described property:
UNIT 901 OF MONTE CARLO TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OR BOOK 4129+, PAGE 1542, AND AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION IN OR BOOK 4282, PAGE 629, AND AMENDMENT NO. 2, IN OR BOOK 4434, PAGE 183 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
