NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order to Reschedule of Foreclosure Sale dated April 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-011483 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 30 day of May, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK “BM” OF DEL WEBB'S SUN CITY CENTER, UNIT NO. 18-A, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
