NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated April 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-004137 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 7 day of June, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 5121 OF HAMPTONS AT TAMPA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15865, PAGE 1842, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
