YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 3, BLOCK 68, MIRABAY PARCEL 5B, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 101, Pages 23-29, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid;
more commonly known as 106 Aberdeen Pond Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to, upon Leonard J. Mankin, PA, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2535 Landmark Drive, Suite 212, Clearwater, FL 33761, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint
