The East 10.8 feet of Lot 12 and Lot 13 less the East 10.8 feet thereof, Block 48, Bonita Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 71, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael C. Caborn, Esquire, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 390 N. Orange Avenue, Suite 1500, Orlando, Florida 32801, on or before June 11, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. See 49.09, Fla. Stat. This Notice of Action shall be published once during each week for two (2) consecutive weeks under 49.10(c), Fla. Stat.
