G of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, HENRY BORGES, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Tampa, Florida, at the hour of 2:00 pm, on the 6 day of June, the following described property:
LOT 167, BLOCK 1, TIMBERLANE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
