NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-CA-011403 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, GEORGIA HULIARIS, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 800 E. Twiggs St. Rm 202 Tpa, Florida, 33602 at the hour of 10:00 am, on the 15th day of June, 2012, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. B-203, OF TROPICAL GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15450, PAGE 649, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO GEORGIA HULIARIS, A SINGLE WOMAN FROM MGCJ HOLDINGS GROUP, LLC BY THAT DEED DATED 10/12/2005 AND RECORDED 10/25/2005 IN DEED BOOK 15669 AND PAGE 1569 OF THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
