NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1st, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-006537 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 7th day of June, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 8, BLOCK B, OAKWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
