NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-010066 (I) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and AURA QUINTERO; CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A EUGENIO RIVERA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 2 pm on June 7, 2012 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3807 C, BUILDING 3 OF THE CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3534 PAGE 86M AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
