NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30th, 2012, and entered in 08-CA-009752(G) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-72, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-145, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAMSON DOCSOL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAMSON DOCSOL; BRAEMAR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A MICHAEL ERONSON; JANE DOE N/K/A SHIRLEY ERONSON are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2 P.M. on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on June 06, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 IN BLOCK C OF BRAEMAR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 5148 CLOVER MIST DR, APOLLO BEACH, FL 33572.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
