NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30th, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-010956(G) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and JONATHON W.T. GARRETT A/K/A JONATHON W. GARRETT; REBECCA SHEMANSKY GARRETT A/K/A REBECCA GARRETT; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIVERCREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 2 pm on June 06, 2012 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 3,OF RIVERCREST PHASE 1 B1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 46-1 THRU 46-8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
